OK it was soft hail, but it was plentiful, it covered surfaces and for an hour; we could pretend that it snowed.

Our state flower and always appear in October.

Spring seems to be yielding a great deal of orange.

They are growing and reviving after Summer.

We have a hedge about to flower....

This beautiful bird visits most days at about 5pm.

Bye bye cubby.  It will now go on to give three other children many years of enjoyment.

The Passionfruit and Rose.

Husband E took these photo's.  The top is a passionfruit flower.  Amazing isn't it?  Hopefully we will have a good crop of passionfruit, if the cockatoos don't eat them all.

Spring.

The green of new leaves is quite different to the green of the leaves as the season progresses.

Chim Chimenea, Chim Chimenea, Chim, Chim ....

For outdoor fires on a Saturday night with the family.  Snacks and then a meal cooked on the wok on the bbq.  Possums run behind us.

The Weather.

The weather has been so very dramatic here.  Hot, humid days and stormy afternoons and evenings.  Sometimes we are rewarded with stunning skies, after the storm has passed.

The Illawarra Flame Tree is in abundant flower locally, is it so beautiful.

Spring is still here and I am enjoying roses and sweet peas before the heat wilts them.
