Arrived in Tasmania.

Yay, we are in Tasmania!

Across the Bass Strait.

Boarding the ferry from Melbourne to Devonport, Tasmania. An overnight voyage. I loved it.

Australian Architecture.

One thing that I did learn on this trip was that I have a passion for Australian architecture. Blogger is now cooperating.

Melbourne.

I don't mind revisiting our trip slowly, I hope that you don't mind either. I seem to only be able to load one picture per post.....blogger?

Melbourne looked like an amazing city. I would like to go back to explore the alleys, shops, cafe's and inner city suburbs. Beautiful Australian architecture as well.

The Dandenongs.

Then some lovely gardens high up in The Dandenongs to escape the heat of Melbourne below.

Beechworth.

The next stop was Beechworth; our fifth visit here, always a stopover and never time to explore.
We stopped over again in Beechworth on the way back home, enjoyed a quaint house by a river and more time to enjoy this great town. Perhaps I will post some pictures of that house when we come to it in the itinerary.

Gundagai.

We have been away; driving down to Melbourne, then a ferry to Tasmania.
Gundagai was our first stop, about four hours away from home.
I am having difficulty loading photo's at the moment and with my patience! When both are better, I hope to add some more photo's.
