Coriander.


Bought in a large bunch for tacos.  Then a dilemma, as I did not know how to use the leftovers.  Collective, local mothers and their brains suggested gourmet pizza... chicken/mushroom/guacomale and coriander.  Success.  The final splurge: ripe tomatoes, coriander and balsamic vinegar.  Delicious.

Yes, I know the feeling. You only need a little bit, yet you must buy a bunch at the store. It does last a while in the refrigerator though. At my house we have discovered there are cilantro lovers and there are those who do not prefer cilantro...
I have made a cilantro pesto that is good.
