He is risen indeed.  Easter Sunday, Jesus rose again from the dead.

Pecan Cake.

Divine!
Thankyou Sydney Morning Herald, Good Food section.

165g brown sugar
80g cubed butter
125mL milk.

Heat the above three.  Do not boil.  Cool.  Add 1 egg and 90g chopped pecans, 150g SR flour and mix.

Bake 35 minutes at 160 degrees.

Ice with 185g icing sugar, 2T golden syrup and 3t water.

Reading.

My reading at the moment.  The weather is crisper and it is lovely to sit down with a cup of tea and a book, whenever possible, even if two pages at a time.

Washing Up Apples.

I am loving Autumn.  But, I am not happy with the amount of wax found on our supermarket bought apples this week.  I have a coconut wash which is removing it.

Palm Sunday.

The palms have been taken to church.  One parishioner will make crosses for Palm Sunday and some palms will decorate the church.

Thankfully the new chair fits 14 year old daughter's desk very well.  We hope it is comfortable.
