165g brown sugar
80g cubed butter
125mL milk.
Heat the above three. Do not boil. Cool. Add 1 egg and 90g chopped pecans, 150g SR flour and mix.
Bake 35 minutes at 160 degrees.
Ice with 185g icing sugar, 2T golden syrup and 3t water.
