The Grand Tour of Sydney.

This photo is from Google Images. It is the French House Cafe in Waterloo.

Botany Bay for fish and chips. This was the lunch stop after visiting The French House in Waterloo for a coffee and almond croissant and Establishment 218 in Alexandria; a 'walk in' butcher at wholesale prices. This was part of a "Sydney Grand Tour" that my Dad took husband E and I on for my birthday. Mum babysat all four children for the day.

I now feel odd saying 'babysat' for our 12 year old son.. should rather be 'stayed with'.

You are right. It is another rite of passage as our children grow older. The next thing you will be saying is my older child babysat for the others.

I still get awed by the beauty of the continent on which you live.
