A Cake Break.

Chocolate is a winner for afternoon tea here, be it in cereal or chocolate cake. Here is a great recipe as it is nut free and can go to school:

Chocolate Sliver Cake:

250g butter
400g dark choc.

Melt together.

Add

2 cups caster sugar
8 eggs
4 T flour.

Mix and pour into 20cm square cake tins. This recipe makes two cakes. Bake at 180 degrees. The children and husband E loved it.

Yes, just 4 tablespoons of flour. Ends up being very rich.
