Today was the first craft/mending morning that I hosted at our house. I hope to have these through Autumn and Winter, one morning a month. Ladies can bring their knitting, crocheting, cross stitch or mending or anything else that can fit into a lap.
I managed to sew some Girl Guides' badges onto a sash for 11 year old daughter.
Lots of chat too. We missed some friends this morning but hope to see them another month.

I love that you do this! Some of my homeschooling friends and I attempt afternoon events...a challenge .
