Today's afternoon tea should fill 'em up. Using pizza dough from the breadmaker, I rolled the dough into rectangles, spread one with tomato sauce, Italian herbs and mozarella and another with vegemite and tasty cheese. I rolled them up, cut them into scrolls with a pizza cutter and then placed them on a baking tray. They rose and then baked. Let us see if the four children like these as much as they did the chocolate buns earlier in the week.
PS: They are all gone, except 3 for husband E. YUM.
Pizza Dough:
200mL water
1 T olive oil
salt
2 1/2 cups flour
1 3/4 t yeast
