Bunches of banana cakes. The heat of the weekend sped up the ripening of our bananas. It is rare for us to have any bananas left for baking into banana cakes. Good to have in the freezer as we have a few things coming up in the next week.

I just remembered that I order heaps of cheap bananas today. I wonder if they will get eaten or will have to get cooked?
Yep I have a big lot of bananas in the freezer too that I bake regularly into cakes. My family loves them.
You are putting your blankets away and we are just bringing ours out, and ohhh to grow bananas in the garden how wonderful. We do have plenty of apples though.
