School Brownies.

Quick and easy:

125g melted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs

Mix.

Melt 185 g dark chocolate ( a block minus two squares)

Add to mixture.

Pour in 1 cup plain flour.

Mix.

Fills one lined lamington tin/slice tray.

Bake at 180 degrees for 20minutes. These brownies are better soft than hard and the chocolate is like lava inside.
