I really enjoy making a white sauce, I love how the ingredients become soft and silky as they warm up. Our dinner (macaroni and cheese) was enjoyed by all last night and kept us warm inside while the rain drizzled outside.

I have no set recipe for the Frittata,
I just kind of threw it together.
10 eggs well beaten with a hand mixer.I poured about a 6oz of half and half in while mixing.Dash of s&p.
Fresh Garlic,onion powder and parsly.
In a baking sprayed with cooking spray I placed ham.cheddar and swiss mixed together.Poured egg mixture over that and baked at 350 for about a half hour.There you have it!
