E's dad gave us some lemons, another sister in law had gathered 250 from his tree before our bag full! Tonight we had lemon pudding.
Lemon pudding
50g butter
130g sugar
4 tablespoons flour
4 eggs
juice of 4 lemons
500 mL milk
Mix and bake in a pudding bowl in an oven 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
